MY BACKGROUND
For years, I led retail and CPG research at Gartner (formerly L2), publishing cornerstone reports, building custom deep dive decks for clients (inquire for previews), and speaking with press outlets about our most salient takeaways.
Later, I focused on building Gartner's next-gen research product and interactive, the Cross-Sector Digital IQ Index. I worked with brilliant data scientists and engineers to reconfigure our databases and develop the first methodology for the product, heard from clients about how to improve the product, and trained Gartner analysts to reshape data to their needs.

RECENT FOCUS
After years of hearing clients struggle through conversations about sustainability and carbon reduction goals, I decided to take my background as an analyst and product strategist and chase the most challenging problems in climate tech.

I spent time in climate fellowships, focusing on climate intelligence and the intersection of the climate capital stack and energy.

I shored up my coding abilities so that I could begin working with publicly available data to understand where the puck is headed - and how I can help.

Analysis of professional interests over time, expressed by Twitter and LinkedIn bookmarking behavior since 2020 (where there is sufficient data).

MY GOALS
I love working with fast-paced, climate-centered, and colleague-supportive organizations that want to maximize their product and analytics. I love asking why insights are valuable, where they’re wrong, and, importantly, what new insights can be found when we blend in disparate data.

I post analyses on climate tech startups, renewable energy trends, capital stack allocation, and a few cheeky pet projects along the way.
